  A生产工艺单

  生产工艺单是彩涂板机组生产前由工艺员或负责生产的调度管理人员根据彩涂产品的品质要求而预先制定的工艺方案,是用以控制机组的运行模式。工艺方案制定后,生产线上各段的操作工则按工艺单上的要求去准备包括基板、脱脂剂、化学液、涂料等生产原材料,并调整好线上有关控制部位如脱脂温度、脱脂液浓度,涂敷辊间隙,固化炉温度等工艺设定值。

  彩涂板生产线生产除了必须有科学的操作方法,严格的设备维护外还应该有严谨的工艺管理,只有这样才能迅速地正确处理生产中各种常见问题,以达到高质量的产品水平。而且各工艺段的操作人员要达到高度统一协调,方能生产出优质的彩涂板。可以说一条自动生产线的产品优劣状况如何,可充分体现出这条生产线的工艺单上所制定的综合指标及其

  在生产过程中的控制水平。

  B生产原材料

  (1)基板。按工艺单要求到原料仓库调运待涂的钢卷基板,按产品要求核对基板的厚度、宽度及其允许偏差。并按国家标准或本企业产品标准检查钢卷的板型和表面缺陷情况,原板表面缺陷一般指折痕、四坑、波浪边等;如果基板是热镀锌板,成为其表面缺陷现象的有黑斑、白锈、镀锌层不均匀、锌疤、夹渣、划伤和擦伤、铬酸污垢等;如果基板是电镀锌板,成为其表面缺陷现象的有针孔、麻点、毛刺、鼓泡、脱皮、斑点、阴阳面局部无镀层等。这些缺陷均延续影响到彩涂板。因此彩涂板生产前,都须对原板进行检验,把好基板质量关。

  另外基板上机前除了牌号、材质要核准外,还要了解一整天的生产顺序,如果一个班内要生产不同宽度的钢卷,那么排产时操作工应该先上宽带卷,后上窄带卷,以免涂层时涂敷辊将被窄卷损伤部位转印给宽带。

  (2)清洗段原材料。清洗段即脱脂化成段原材料主要是脱脂剂、化学液两种,开机前应按有关标准预先目测或实验室仪器测定其合格性。化学液测定项目有:颜色、颗粒、铬含量(通常控制为30~35mg/m2),均匀度和是否出现沉淀;脱脂剂测定项目有:颜色、溶解度、除油能力、除锈能力等。

  (3)涂层段原材料。涂层段原材料主要是涂料、稀释剂两种,通过目测和按有关标准涂料的目测的检验项目主要有:结皮、胶凝、分层、涂料颗粒细度和外观颜色等,实预先测定其合格性。

  (3)化成段化学辊涂机各辊之间的间隙,化学液的浓度温度;

  (4)涂层段辊涂机各辊之间的间隙,涂料的黏度、温度;

  (5)固化段炉子的热风循环量,炉子各段温度;

  (6)风冷水溶段的水温、水压和流量。

In addition to scientific operation methods and strict equipment maintenance, the production of color coating production line should also have strict process management. Only in this way can the common problems in production be dealt with quickly and correctly, so as to achieve high-quality product level. Moreover, the operators of each process section should achieve a high degree of unity and coordination in order to produce high-quality color coated sheets. It can be said that the advantages and disadvantages of an automatic production line can fully reflect the comprehensive index and its formulation on the process sheet of the production line.

B Production of raw materials
 
 
(1) Substrate. Transfer the coil substrate to the raw material warehouse according to the requirements of the process sheet. Check the thickness, width and allowable deviation of the substrate according to the requirements of the product. According to the national standard or the product standard of the enterprise, the shape and surface defects of the coil are checked. The surface defects of the original coil generally refer to creases, four pits, wavy edges, etc. If the base plate is hot-dipped galvanized sheet, the phenomena of surface defects are black spots, white rust, uneven galvanized coating, zinc scars, slag, scratches and scratches, chromic acid fouling, etc. If the substrate is galvanized sheet, there are pinholes, pits, burrs, bubbles, peeling, spots, and no local coating on the Yin and Yang surfaces. These defects continue to affect the color coated sheet. Therefore, before the production of color coated sheet, the original board must be inspected to ensure the quality of the substrate.
 
 
In addition, the production sequence of the whole day should be known before the substrate is put on the machine. If the coils with different widths are to be produced in a class, the operator should first put on the broadband coil and then on the narrow coil in order to avoid the coating roll being transferred to the broadband by the damaged parts of the narrow coil.
 
 
(2) Raw materials for cleaning section. The raw materials in the cleaning section, i.e. degreasing section, are mainly degreasing agents and chemical liquids. Before starting the machine, the qualifications of the raw materials should be determined by visual inspection or laboratory instruments in advance according to the relevant standards. The determination items of chemical liquid include: color, particle, chromium content (usually controlled to 30-35mg/m2), homogeneity and precipitation; the determination items of degreaser include color, solubility, degreasing ability, rust removal ability, etc.
 
 
(3) Raw materials for coating section. The raw materials of coating section are mainly coatings and diluents. Visual inspection items of coatings according to relevant standards include crust, gelation, stratification, fineness of coatings particles and appearance color, etc. The qualifications of coatings are determined in advance.

(1) Tension control values between the entrance and exit sections and the process sections;
 
 
(2) Temperature, concentration, flow rate and pressure of the degreasing section;
 
 
(3) Clearance between rolls of chemical roll coating machine, concentration and temperature of chemical solution;
 
 
(4) Clearance between rollers of roller coating machine in coating section, viscosity and temperature of coating;
 
 
(5) Hot air circulation and furnace temperature in solidification section;
 
 
(6) Water temperature, pressure and flow rate in air-cooled water-soluble section.
