  彩涂板的品种繁多,但目前还没有一个严格的分类方法,现在只按一般习惯分类。

  A按使用基板分类

  (1)冷轧基板彩色涂层钢板。由冷轧基板生产的彩色板,具有平滑美丽的外观,且具有冷轧板的加工性能;但是表面涂层的任何细小划伤都会把冷轧基板暴露在空气中,从而使露铁处很快生成红锈。因此这类产品只能用于要求不高的临时隔离措施和作室内用材。

  (2)热镀锌彩色涂层钢板。把有机涂料涂覆在热镀锌钢板上得到的产品即为热镀锌彩涂板。热镀锌彩涂板除具有锌的保护作用外,表面上的有机涂层还起了隔绝保护、防止生锈的作用,使用寿命比热镀锌板更长。热镀锌基板的含锌量一般为180g/m2(双面),建筑外用热镀锌基板的镀锌量最高为275g/m

  (3)热镀铝锌彩涂板。根据要求,也可以采用热镀铝锌钢板作为彩涂基板(59%Al-Zn和5%AI-Zn)。

  (4)电镀锌彩涂板。用电镀锌板为基板,涂上有机涂料烘烤所得的产品为电镀锌彩涂板,由于电镀锌板的锌层薄,通常含锌量为20/20g/m2,因此该产品不适合使用在室外制作墙、屋顶等。但因具有美丽的外观和优良的加工性能,因此主要可用于家电音响、钢家具、室内装潢等,是目前市场上家电外壳用的主要彩涂品种。

  B.按加工工艺和方法分类

  按加工工艺和涂敷方法,有辊涂法、喷涂法、淋涂法、粉末法、覆膜法、印刷法等。

  (1)按涂敷次数分类。有一涂一、二涂二烘、三涂三烘、四涂四烘等不同工艺,多涂多烘机组大部分是用于生产印花彩涂板。

  (2)按涂后加工分类。有压花板或印花板,其中花纹又可分木纹、大理石纹或羊皮纹、水泥砂浆纹等。

  (3)按涂层的涂料种类分类。有聚氯乙烯涂层板、聚酯涂层板、丙烯酸涂层板、氟碳涂层板、硅酸酯涂层板等。

  (4)按涂层性能特点分类。有高耐候涂层板、耐高温涂层板、自熄涂层板、灭菌涂层板、不沾雪(用于屋顶)涂层板、耐指纹图层板以及自润滑涂层板等。

  (5)按特殊涂料和用途分类。如以环氧富锌涂料、以冷轧钢板为基板的彩涂板,表面植线钢板以及一些特殊有机涂层复层板,如贴木膜板、夹芯板、防震板等。随着彩涂板的研究深入,一些有特殊性能的彩涂板也不断被开发出来,近来在业界比较推崇的新型彩涂板品种有

  (1)深冲型彩涂板。以加工时涂膜变形状态(弹应变能)的详细解析结果为基础,研究人员开发了随钢板压缩变形而变形的涂膜,并在理论及实验的基础上做精确的树脂设计,成功制造出涂膜附着性与耐蚀性都不降低的优质深冲型彩涂板。图1-6、图1-7是国外资料介绍的用于家居和工业制品的深冲型彩涂板示例。

  (2)“袖子皮”彩涂板。传统彩涂板的表面只有光泽度,没有四凸,而“柚子皮”彩涂板的表面具有袖子皮那样的细微凹凸,其关键在于精确控制凹凸,形成适当波长。家电厂在加工、组装过程中,“柚子皮”彩涂板表面可以使缺陷不显眼,很具隐蔽性。

  (3)防静电彩涂板。防静电涂层板受到摩擦时不易产生静电,涂膜带电电压能降低1/4,附着的灰尘大幅度减少,加工、组装时可减少工序,而且也保持了良好的加工性、成形性、耐药性。此种彩涂板广泛用于电脑机箱、录像机等家电的制造上。

  (4)耐污染彩涂板。冰箱、微波炉等电器在厨房里经常被油或调料污染,需要清洗,而耐污染彩涂板就具有对厨房常用的洗涤剂、漂白剂等洗涤用品的耐药性。通常彩涂板涂膜越硬,分子彼此间结合越紧,难以被污染、易于擦拭,但加工性变坏,冲压成形时,难以达到产品需要的形状;如果是柔软的涂膜,加工性能好,易于成形,但容易被污染,两者之间是矛盾的。针对此状况,研究人员研制出了将涂膜表面做硬,内部做柔初的“倾斜型涂膜”,使涂层具备表层硬、难以被污染,膜内层密、胺量少且加工性好等特性。

  (5)高吸热性彩涂板。随着电器产品的高性能化,发热量逐渐增加;而电器产品的小型化,又大大增加了电器产品单位体积的热负荷。近年通过对树脂分子、添加剂与颜料分子的专门设计,研制出吸热彩涂板。用这种彩涂板制成的电器外壳,可吸收机内热量产生的红外线,再通过钢板散逸出去。电器机内温度可降低10℃,因而可省去电器散热用的风扇,减少散热孔,还提高了电磁屏蔽性。

A Classified by Substrate Used
 
 
 
(1) Colour coated steel plate for cold rolled substrates. The color plate produced by the cold-rolled substrate has a smooth and beautiful appearance, and has the processability of the cold-rolled plate; however, any small scratches on the surface of the coating will expose the cold-rolled substrate to the air, thus causing the rapid formation of red rust on the exposed iron. Therefore, these products can only be used for temporary isolation measures with low requirements and as indoor materials.
 
 
 
(2) Hot-dip galvanized color coated steel plate. The product obtained by coating organic coatings on hot-dip galvanized steel sheet is hot-dip galvanized color coated sheet. In addition to the protective effect of zinc, the organic coating on the surface of hot-dip galvanized color coated sheet also plays the role of isolation and protection against rust, and its service life is longer than that of hot-dip galvanized sheet. The zinc content of hot-dip galvanized substrates is generally 180 g/m2 (double sided). The highest zinc content of hot-dip galvanized substrates for external use is 275 g/m.
 
 
 
(3) Hot-dip aluminium-zinc colour coated sheet. Hot-dipped aluminium-zinc steel sheets can also be used as color-coated substrates (59% Al-Zn and 5% AI-Zn) according to requirements.
 
 
 
(4) Galvanized color coated sheet. Using galvanized sheet as base plate and baking with organic paint, the product is galvanized color coated sheet. Because the zinc layer of galvanized sheet is thin and usually contains 20/20g/m2 of zinc, it is not suitable for outdoor wall and roof making. However, because of its beautiful appearance and excellent processing performance, it can be mainly used in household appliances audio, steel furniture, interior decoration and so on. It is the main color coating varieties for household appliances shell on the market at present.
 
 
 
B. Classification by processing technology and method
 
 
 
According to the processing technology and coating methods, there are roller coating, spraying, spraying, powder coating, film coating, printing and so on.
 
 
 
(1) According to the number of coatings. There are different processes such as one coat, two coat and two bake, three coat and three coat, four coat and four bake. Most of the multi-coat and multi-bake units are used to produce printing color coatings.
 
 
 
(2) According to the classification of post-coating processing. There are embossed or printed boards, in which patterns can be divided into wood, marble or sheepskin, cement mortar, etc.
 
 
 
(3) According to the types of coatings. There are PVC coated plate, polyester coated plate, acrylic coated plate, fluorocarbon coated plate, silicate coated plate and so on.
 
 
 
(4) According to the characteristics of coatings. There are high weather resistant coatings, high temperature resistant coatings, self-extinguishing coatings, sterilizing coatings, non-snow (for roof) coatings, fingerprint resistant coatings and self-lubricating coatings.
 
 
 
(5) Classification by special coatings and uses. Such as epoxy zinc-rich coating, color-coated plate with cold-rolled steel plate as substrate, wire-planted steel plate on the surface and some special organic coated laminates, such as veneer, sandwich board, shock-proof board, etc. With the in-depth study of color coated sheets, some color coated sheets with special properties have been developed. Recently, the new types of color coated sheets are highly recommended in the industry.
 
 
 
(1) Deep drawing color coated sheet. Based on the detailed analysis results of the deformation state (elastic strain energy) of the coating during processing, the researchers developed the coating which deformed with the compression deformation of the steel plate, and made accurate resin design on the basis of theory and experiment, and successfully manufactured a high-quality deep drawing color coating plate with no decrease in the adhesion and corrosion resistance of the coating film. Figure 1-6 and Figure 1-7 are examples of deep drawing color coated panels for household and industrial products introduced by foreign materials.
 
 
 
(2) The "sleeve skin" color coating board. The surface of traditional color coated sheet has only glossiness, not quadruple, while the surface of "grapefruit peel" color coated sheet has the slight concave and convex like sleeve skin. The key is to control concave and convex accurately and form appropriate wavelength. In the process of processing and assembling, the surface of "grapefruit peel" color coating board can make the defect not conspicuous and very concealed.
 
 
 
(3) Anti-static color coatings. Anti-static coating plate is not easy to generate static electricity when it is rubbed. The charged voltage of the coating film can be reduced by 1/4, the dust adhering to it can be greatly reduced, and the working procedure can be reduced during processing and assembling. It also maintains good processability, formability and drug resistance. This kind of color coating board is widely used in the manufacture of computer chassis, video recorder and other household appliances.
 
 
 
(4) Pollution-resistant color coated sheet. Refrigerators, microwave ovens and other electrical appliances in the kitchen are often contaminated by oil or condiments and need to be cleaned, while pollution-resistant color coated panels are resistant to detergents, bleaching agents and other detergents commonly used in the kitchen. Usually, the harder the coating is, the tighter the bonding between molecules is, the harder it is to be contaminated and easy to wipe, but the worse the processability, the harder it is to reach the desired shape when stamping; if it is a soft coating, the processability is good, and it is easy to form, but it is easy to be contaminated, there is a contradiction between the two. In view of this situation, researchers have developed a "tilt-type" coating which makes the surface hard and the interior soft, so that the coating has the characteristics of hard surface, difficult to be polluted, dense inner layer, low amine content and good processability.
 
 
 
(5) High endothermic color coated sheet. With the high performance of electrical products, the calorific value increases gradually, and the miniaturization of electrical products greatly increases the thermal load per unit volume of electrical products. In recent years, through the special design of resin molecule, additive and pigment molecule, an endothermic color coating board has been developed. The electric shell made of the color coated plate can absorb the infrared ray generated by the heat in the machine and then escape through the steel plate. The temperature in the electric machine can be reduced by 10 C, so the fan used for heat dissipation can be omitted, the heat dissipation holes can be reduced, and the electromagnetic shielding ability can be improved.
