彩涂板涂敷工艺主要有辊涂法、层压贴膜法及粉涂法三种。

粉涂工艺:是一种近年开发的新工艺,分为粉末枪及粉末云两种技术。几年前世界上就有多套采用粉末枪技术的彩涂机组投产,但其机组速度低、生产能力小。最近开发的MSC粉末云技术使粉涂机组的效率大为提高,粉末涂料的沉积率达90%,已投产的机组速度已达100mw/min,钢带宽度达1300mm。该技术采用粉末涂料,粉涂装置在强大的静电场下,粉末旋转刷产生涂料粉末云,并带电荷飞向基板,沉积在钢带表面,再经感应加热固化,生产出粉涂彩涂板。
目前国内大部分机组都采用辊涂工艺,辊涂型机组主要有一涂一烘、二涂二烘和三涂三烘三种生产工艺形式,其中二涂二烘工艺应用最普遍,它具有生产灵活、产品范围广适应能力强、投资适中等特点。
